What do you like about our programs and activities?

Wednesday class with Leslie. She understands different ages don’t move like they used to. Also before class interacted with social time. Really lets us see her as a person and not just an instructor. Music not so loud so we can hear what she says is better for us with hearing problems also. Good weight class. She taught us to slow down with weight and now I can use heavier ones. Also enjoy the pool when I can.

I use the wellness center as well as the pool. I love both! I very much appreciate the lifeguard staff who are there while I swim laps! We are very lucky to have such a great YCMA in Glenwood!

I personally prefer to workout independently, so I haven’t taken advantage of any of the programs or group activities just yet.. but it’s awesome that they’re an option!

The teachers for the classes are well trained. I enjoy the social part as well. The pool is fantastic!
