What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the way the march mania program engaged me in my physical fitness. I signed up with the intention of earning a free t-shirt and found that enrollment in the challenge motivated me. Also for the challenge I downloaded the ymca app. The app is convenient for tracking my workouts. Viewing my workouts for the week does positively reinforce my efforts and allow me another way to engage in my physical fitness.

I just use the pool but the lap swim times work well for me and it isn't very crowded which is very nice.

Your programs are varied and very suitable for us as seniors. Schedules are very convenient, and the staff/instructors are top notch. We will continue to come to classes, and will spread the word that this "Y" is the place to be.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I get so much positive experiences out of the DTD program instructors, volunteers, and classmates that it is just a joy to attend. Through the physical exercises my mental state and the other parts of my life are augmented and enhanced to the point were my PD is not the main definer of my life anymore.

The hours are good. My morning workouts are not crowded. The folks that work at the Maple St. Y are as nice as can be. I always feel welcome.

I love that exercise classes are included in my membership. I really enjoy Aqua Zumba and I'm looking forward to working more classes into my exercise schedule.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I would like to see towels offered at the Y again. It is hard to lug all those supplies in and out with a family trying to go swimming. I like the ease of use once you are familiar with the website. The kids male instructor at the Maplestreet location for level 4 is good this year too.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Diversity of members in age, ethnicity, and fitness levels is a plus for me. The cardio machines have been recently replaced and are great. I am almost at the end of 8 sessions of physical training. Each session showed progress, and Mike R was very responsive to my requests and needs.

I like the friendly staff and my wonderful instructor Linda for Dance Fit. The building is very well kept too.

I was appreciative of Mike’s time to orient me to a few of the exercise equipment when I came in for my Evolt assessment. He also educated me and had me set up an appointment for a personal session for equipment orientation.
