The classes I participate in are very convenient for my schedule. The days, times and location are great for me. The leader/coaches are knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to answer questions or help out with any problem encountered in the class! I will keep coming here as long as I am able.
There is multiple ways to get the exercise I need. That's important because sometimes when it's busy I don't want to have to wait for the machine to become available.

I love the classes I have went to and I'm looking forward to going to more. All the instructors have been very helpful and energetic. All the people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Plus the staff that I have met are all very knowledgeable and kind. I'm very glad I chose this location to be my home Y. I've never been a member of a gym and have no clue what I'm doing but I have never felt stupid or embarrassed with the Y. Thank you for being so welcoming and patient.
I use the Y three times a week for my workout/exercise routine. It is clean and has a good selection of weight machines and free weights. Not too crowded most of the time. Machines and weights are usually available, but sometimes people just sit at a machine for a long while without actually using it to exercise.

The great variety of programs you offer is a plus. Swimming is my main activity and it is great you have more swim times and more lifeguards.

I just found out about pickle ball!! It’s the first time I jogged in 3 years!
I only just started going to classes and am very pleased with them. I liked the Aquasize because it gave me a very good workout and the Chair Yoga because it’s very good for stretching.
