Billy and Chris are amazingly knowlegable and patient with each of my kids. Always strives to ensure that they are at their level and lets me know at what point I can help and manage their interactions. Our daughter's confidence has gone up dramatically this summer and she is using her fingers much less. Our son is keeping up a great deal and working through sitting through as able.

Our experience with Mathnasium Reston has been very positive and we have had great success improving our daughter math skills. She likes going to the center, her teachers make math fun and easy to understand.
Mathnasium had helped my child become confident with math and also made it fun for her. She still enjoys going after 10 months. They demonstrate clear progress through their mastery checks and the managers frequently give us updates and ask if we have concerns or questions.
The North Point location was much better

My 6yr old first grader enjoyed the assessment and interaction with the manager enough to choose mathnasium as her out of school activity. For the first time I’m getting detailed information about her math skills. Billy the manager is kind and very communicative. My daughter has several teachers that she likes interacting with and they make her feel welcome. I highly recommend Mathnasium of Reston.
Mathnasium is great my daughter with them she went from 2 at math and language to 3, and last test she did at math got a 100!!!!

Billy is the best. When he's on vacation people need to be trained to access the curriculum.
We used grant money to try Mathnasium and my daughter loved it. It helped her be more confident and have a new environment to work in. She saw LOTS of her friends there as well, and that helped her feel good about herself and learning new things.
My daughter is able to work at her own pace, without pressure. With the assistance of the personable and helpful instructors, she has improved greatly in school. One thing that is also helpful for her is that they allow her to go with a friend, and sit together. She is fairly shy and would be intimidated without her bff at her side!
My daughter is always happy to go and after her Math session. She has more confidence with math and homework and learning math is less scary and less of a struggle. She seems many friends there from her school as well, so it feels like and extension of what she knows.
Our son is making notable progress with his sessions already. The flexibility/availability with scheduling sessions is great. Best of all is that he WANTS to go to his sessions and that homework is no longer a battle!
Our daughter was struggling with math. She was easily frustrated anytime we tried to work with her and at school. She has been at Mathnasium almost two months and her improvement in math and her confidence has been amazing to watch. She loves going to her tutor sessions and always leaves happy. She no longer dreads math at school. We are very happy here!

My daughter needs instructions beyond her classroom hours. She doesn't always understand the new material right away. Her classroom teacher doesn't have the time to slow down for her or to approach the New subject from a different angle. At mathnasium she gets that extra time and different angle more suitable for her learning needs. Definitely worth the investment.
