The technician who came to my home, was also knowledgeable and kind. He located & resolved the issue I had. The installation was also effective and efficient. I recommend Easton propane! Also, I really like their terms and conditions regarding leasing and purchasing.
My husband didn't want a gas stove at first, I convinced him it would be so much easier than a wood stove. I won. Since we got it he is thrilled. The installation was fabulous and customer service to notch. He checks it to see when we need gas delivery, and they show up the very next day. Awesome service.

I am very pleased with the customer service we receive with Eastern Propane. I especially like that they offered me, free of charge, a monitor that they put on my propane tank so that when I’m away in Florida for the winter they can monitor my propane tank so they know when I need a delivery.

We started with Lessig in 1981 and have been with the successors ever since. The oil delivery has been fine. We might save a bit by switching companies but the emergency service has been satisfactory and have no reason to switch unless the price gap becomes too large.

Service staff recently completed replacing my 25+ year old malfunctioning tank. They were prompt, courteous, and completed the task in a timely fashion. The only thing I would suggest, is that the company itself take the time to have some form of caller ID placed on their business lines. Incoming calls to me were always received as “unknown caller” or “spam risk”. This resulted in the need for extra call backs between me and the office staff, as I always associate those types of unknown calls with telemarketing scams, and more recently the annoying ongoing political calls.
