Everything from my initial inquiry to my meet and greet was seamless. The onboarding and paperwork was user friendly and the staff was easy to communicate with. They made my dog feel super welcome on his first day despite his barking and jumping. The check in and check out process is fast and I love how easy the app is to use. my little guy went for the first time on 6/1 and had a blast! the staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and at peace with leaving my dog with them. He slept all night and was worn out. Definitely sending him back!

Everyone knows each dog by name, and their personalities. It makes their service feel so personalized, and I know I don't have to worry about my shy and nervous pup when he's at Dogtopia.

Friendly professional service from staff that know my name as well as my 2 pups names. My 2 pups are immediately excited when they realize we are at Dogtopia and they get to play with their friends.
The staff was great talking me through the process to have my puppy assessed and registered. My pup was a little unsure of what was going on when it was nap time so they took her to the front desk to get attention. She loved it. I was able to watch her on the webcam and she had a great time being around the other dogs
