Oh my goodness it's all wonderful!! The sauna is so relaxing and you can customize everything. The Vit C shower is incredible and so good for your skin. The cold plunge is both torture and really invigorating. I like the clinic style and the staff was well informed and nice

The staff was very friendly and informative. Everything was set up and clean. It was definitely a fun experience! If there was a better deal available for two people, we’d definitely go often. We will be back to visit!
Amazing service. Warm greeting with thoughtful touches added to visit. My only critiques are not having directions posted regarding WiFi and Bluetooth speakers and one of the suites (the double we were in) had a sticky sauna door.

Facilities are always clean. Love that the sauna and cold plunge are in one private room.
Wish it were a steam sauna instead of infrared but not a complaint just a preference.
Also would like the cold plunge temperature to be adjustable.

Wow, my second time here was amazing!! Lou is an absolute gift explaining everything. The room was clean, no hair in the pool! Just absolutely amazing! 💯

Privacy
I was greeted upon entry. I was shown around and they git me set up with the sauna. I loved the sauna experience. The TV and shower afterwards was perfect. The cold plunge was amazing as well. I overall enjoyed my experience and am looking at ways to incorporate it into my fitness routine.
