I like that your staff is friendly, courteous, and organized. I feel that I get a good value for my membership, and I like that I can book my own sauna ahead of time instead of rolling the dice on whether the sauna is available at a gym.

Private rooms with all the amenities made the visit hastle-free.
Last week was my first time. Ian (I believe) helped me. He showed me the suite and how everything worked and what the typical session looks like. I enjoyed my visit. Lots of sweat followed by a cold plunge.
Overall experience was amazing i will be coming back in the near future.....very professional place to visit the lady that assisted me was amazing , friendly and very professional!!

Wonderful facility with extremely nice and knowledgeable staff.
Visited the new location in Roswell on a Friday afternoon and really enjoyed this new facility! It was very clean and organized. I love that the cold plunge is in the same room as the sauna and the deodorizing body mist spray was very nice to freshen up with after wrapping up my session. The staff here were friendly and welcoming as well. Will definitely return - thank you!
