I appreciate the excellent communication on the part of the office and our technician regarding when they will be here (date/time). When they had to reschedule recently, they let us know in a timely manner that they wouldn't be out to do the service as planned, and they rescheduled as soon as they were able.
Chris does a great job on the pest and mosquito spraying. Always calls to let me know he is on the way.
