She was super patient, kind and supportive by reducing the cut from a number 4 to a number 1. While I am not happy about balding, the service was top notch and I feel like a million bucks! I like to check in process on the app. The stylus listen to what I want and do a good job. They take notes and learn each time I return how to do a better and better job with my hair. I like the location and hours of the store I went to. I got a great haircut and great shampoo, scalp massage and warm towel for a fair price.
