I go out of my way to get my haircut by Alecia at the Rosemount store. She is very skilled, patient, and always gives me a "10".

I love being able to reserve on the app and see how long the wait is. The only issue is that the prices have gone up a lot and is making me look elsewhere for my haircuts

I went to a different Great Clips as the one I normally go to had a longer wait time. I had Melissa as my stylist. Wow, she was great. Very easy to talk to and very cheerful. I was only expecting a normal haircut, but she put me in for the "New Client VIP" experience, which I greatly appreciated.

I had my hair cut done by Dream. She was amazing and I will be going back requesting her every time. Her attention to detail is over the top. She truely cares about the customer. I’ve never had a bad hair cut at sports clips.
