My stylist was very nice and had to deal with a difficult situation with a customer who didn’t understand the online wait list, and thought it wasn’t fair that other people were ahead of him in the list even though we weren’t in the store yet. She handled it with poise and class, and was not unprofessional at all in any way. She handled a customer with unrealistic expectations like a pro!
Jazzy is the best! All of the stylists were very friendly. I was waited on shortly after arriving. Jazzy suggested some hair products and explained what I should be using on my type of hair, and did an excellent job. I will certainly return

Was in need of a haircut, and I used my app on my phone, and made an appointment with Melissa. First time with her, she was very pleasant, and did a great job. They are decorating their shop for Halloween, it looked good. Would recommend Melissa if your in need a haircut.
