Zerorez did a fabulous job on my rug stain. I tried everything even self steaming it. Nothing worked. They came in and my carpet looked new again. Also, they cleaned my 8x12 rug that I thought was clean. When they were through I was amazed. I forgot how really nice it was. I use them every 6 month because I have a large German Shepherd who lives on 11 acres and goes in and out all day long. Zerorez is the BEST.

Love the carpet cleaning job. The carpet feels alittle different after cleaning and vacuuming. Is it the protectant that make the carpet feel different?
Recommend technicians wear booties when cleaning carpets - especially white carpets.
