Your house smells so good and fresh after they clean your carpets and they get the dirt out and leave them very clean. They are very friendly and mindful of any concerns you may have. The technician was very professional. The job was done quickly and thoroughly.
The guys did a great job, were very polite. I didn't think the carpet was that bad, but after they finished, it looked like a new carpet. I was really suprised at the difference. My husband is even impressed and he usually doesn't pay attention to this kind of thing. My one neighbor used Stanley Steamer earlier this year and was not happy with job. I will certainly tell her about Zerorez next time I see her.
