My twin 14 year old daughters have been having a great time at Mathnasium. My son is advanced in math and has always shown a real interest in challenging himself. I wasn’t sure if he would have fun going to a math gym but he LOVeS it and wants to go every day! Derek and the entire staff are all wonderful! Highly recommend this method!! Kids love it and kids learn and progress so much!

When we first told my daughter that we would be sending her to Mathnasium the protests couldn't have been louder. After ONE visit she was hooked and wanted to go back 3-4 times/week! Of course she loves and is motivated by the prizes that she can earn, but she also now likes learning math. She and we appreciate that it isn't just rote memorization but that the teachers are giving her multiple strategies to solve math problems. So far she has gotten 100% on all of her tests this year! Derek and his staff are all great at working with the kids and we are seeing more and more friends their from her school which is a testament to how great of a place Mathnasium is!
Mathnasium has been great for my daughter! Although she does well in math at school she needed some work on automaticity as well as strategies. Every time I have spoken with Derek about areas where she is week he personally sees to it that these are included in her curriculum.
