How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I didn’t think that my stylist was very experienced and cut my hair in a very different way. I know it was my first time there, and the stylists first time with my hair, but I asked for a very basic hair cut with side bangs. I had to go get my bangs touched up at a different salon the next day. Maybe if I try a different stylist with more experience it would be better. Not sure I will keep my future appointments or return.

Keisha is always ready for me at my appointed time. I told her yesterday that I like what she does with my thinning hair as I've grown older. The staff is efficient. The atmosphere in the salon is pleasant and clean. Name removed

What could we do to improve?

I felt the seats were a bit close to the next station..so when I was turned I kept hitting the next stations cords with my feet. A secure place to hang my purse would have been nice, instead of the floor...neater station areas...the stylist next to me opened her drawer and it was a mess, with hair extension, etc..all messed up...less clutter at the bar counter..maybe a nice magazine rack on the wall....Although my hair turned out very nice, it was expensive for me. 300$ after my cut, color, tip and a couple of products! I loved Anastasia as she was very nice and funny. The hand message and water or tea option was a nice touch! RLBEST

What could we do to improve?

Keisha is really good and very attentive with her client. When it come to service I’ll recommend the Rize to family and friends. But buying products not really this is the second time I got two different information about the 20% promo that they do twice a year. The first they said they will text the preferred customer and now only if you have Facebook is how they contacted the customer. I know we’re in a technology world now but not all people has or want to get social media. So I miss twice the sell. That’s the only issue I have. But overall the service and the people are very friendly. Wish they do an exemption on some other people that don’t have a social on promotional.

Everyone is wonderful-incredibly helpful and considerate. My stylist, Angela, is fabulous in every way. She listens well, guides me, and I always feel pretty when she’s finished! This is the best salon I’ve ever gone to, bar none!

Lori is amazing at her job. She listens to what you want, makes suggestions if she has a different opinion and I always love my hair date each and every appointment! The other staff there is friendly, helpful and just a great environment to be in. I always get compliments on my hair and am always refer to Rize Salon.
