What did you like most about your salon experience?

I needed a salon closer to my new home and I will be back! From the initial appointment call to arrival I felt like a person not just a head in a chair. The protocols in place made me feel secure and cared for as a client. Carla was my stylist and she was very patient as I explained my color issues(bad balayage grow out) and my cut preferences. Her consultation with me made me confident to proceed with a toner fix and the perfect cut to get rid of my dead ends. I’ve booked my follow up appointment - thank you!

I like having a standing appointment every 5 weeks. Rize sends a reminder ahead of time and it is so convenient! And still Cassie does an amazing job!
