What did you like most about your salon experience?

Karina has always listened to what I want and is wonderful to chat with during my visit. All the other stylists and staff have also been so friendly. I like how my hair feels with the products used.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

My 2 daughters got hair cuts. The stylists took time to talk to them to be sure they agreed to the intended styles. The stylist with my 12 year old helped her to make an informed choice of hairstyle, looking at pictures together and offering her professional advice. All the staff that we encountered were so nice and helpful! It was a good experience all around!

My appointments are always on time. I love my stylist, Cassie. I have recommended her to three relatives. A Salon has great customer service and terrific products. I have been going there for several years and have a standing appointment.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

The salon was able to get me in sooner than expected. My stylist did a great job of discussing what I wanted and explaing her plan along with pricing. My hair turned out great!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Although Stephanie was very nice, I should’ve never left the salon with my hair looking like it did! My haircut was uneven, and the single process was banded.

My second time I was with Austin and it was even worse!! He trimmed the uneven portions of my hair and I left with my hair barely being done (I have pictures)! I should’ve never been asked to pay for the service. 😔

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I always make my appointment for my next haircut on the day I’m having a haircut, but rarely can I keep that appointment. Fortunately, I put my name on the cancellation list and always get a spot that works with my person, Emily. She is such a great colorist and cutter, great listener and conversationalist. Love A Salon.
