Great Instructors! Very welcoming place and amazing workouts.
The flow on Sunday morning was one of the best I’ve done in a while. There were many suggestions for modifications throughout the class and I liked the option to get hands on assistance if needed. The instructor provided variability within the poses which I enjoyed. I will definitely be going back soon!
Friendliness, different types of classes, the heat, the bathrooms. The yogis are fantastic and have different teaching styles, which I appreciate, and Devon is the bomb!

I took Tsering’s class for the first time Sunday and it was the perfect blend of strength, stretch and relaxation for a Sunday morning C2 class. In Sundays I don’t like a class that’s too difficult or hot but has a lot of stretch and balance for a weekly reset. This hit the mark! Only complaint it could have been a wee bit hotter.

Highly recommend Mel D’s sculpt class! Her sequence and playlists are always my favorite. She has a really good sense of matching the flow to the music and I always leave class feeling great.
