This studio has excellent friendly well-trained staff and is a safe friendly welcoming environment for everyone. All the staff are strong teachers, Jaz was really exceptional this morning and will definitely be back.
I love the early classes, the earlier the better! We have kids so it’s critical I can be home before they wake up! Also please have more late evening classes if possible!

my tummy is almost gone but you do have to be consistent . It don't feel like a work after a while just do it and all the classes are so inspiring so worth it :)

I really enjoy core power and how each instructor leads a great class in their own unique way! I like the combination of stretching mixed with strengthening exercises and balance challenges. I find that I didn’t realize how much I needed to stretch out my body during class.
One thing I will say is that I really appreciate how at the end of class, there is a song without words during our final shavasana. It helps me relax and think and reset before for the end of class
Some instructors have words/lyrics in the songs at the end of their class and I find it hard to focus and really get the most out of my final minutes of yoga.
That would be my only suggestion.

I love coming to CorePower. It has made me feel a lot better about myself & I love the atmosphere a lot. Sometimes it can be nerve wrecking at first but the more I go I feel more confident & know I am doing this to feel better about myself & look better too!
