What did you like most about your salon experience?

The friendliness of all the staff. As I waited I was checked on and offered something to drink. The precision and professionalism of Aaron Seskin is top notch. My daughter is so happy with her new look. Aaron so impressed her with his kindness and professionalism that she told me she could tell he was a “good person” and then followed with “ Life goal”. We were extremely impressed, and satisfied with everything.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I just had a great hair cut today with Barker. I always get great service and I just let him do his thing. We joke that he makes me look about 20 years younger and I leave feeling like $1,000,000 bucks! I've been a client for over 10 years and really appreciate what an awesome job he does!

My stylist Josie did an awesome job! I was late and also struggled to articulate what I wanted, but she was very patient as she worked with me to give me a great hair cut! :)

What did you like most about your salon experience?

My hairstylist, Baker, walked me through the process. I appreciated the amenities that enhance the experience. The changing room was a first. In the 6 years that I have been to this location I had never experienced that. It was lovely and nice to not have to change in front of others. I enjoyed the holiday cookie and the apple cider that was a great holiday touch.

My hair looks fabulous! I am thrilled with the results and look forward to coming back. Thank you Baker!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Gave 10, because my son was happy with end result, but our overall experience was subpar. Appointment was 3:45. We arrived at 3:46. Started working on hair at 4:30. Didn't check out until at least 7:30. 16 yr old boy with short hair wanting full highlights, said he wanted exactly what Ivy, his previous hairdresser, had done. Six hours, commute included, spent (they used to be in midtown). I don't know how it'll play out.

The overall experience was fantastic, great customer service and very happy with my new cut.

The styling was exactly what I was looking for and I bought the shine spray at the end and loving the product.

The whole vibe is great. The staff are so experienced and well-trained. I love the balayage Josie did. From the detailed consultation, she filled me with confidence in her approach and then she diligently executed on it. The customer service is great, too!

Josie always does such an amazing job, whether she’s doing a cut, color, or both. I have the best time when I’m in that chair and I always know she’s going to make me look great. The staff - everyone there has always been so friendly to me. I always recommend this place to friends and family.
