Pickleball
The people are all very friendly here. It is a comfortable environment. The instructors are all exceptional and they offer a nice variety of classes for everybody.
The staff at the Y are helpful and welcoming, the facility is super clean, and the equipment is plentiful.
Everyone was so welcoming when I went in to ask about a membership. I participated in toe classes and the instructor was very helpful.
Mrs Cole and Mrs Taryn do a fantastic job keeping the kids engaged and rotating lessons. We also love the exposure they get with gymnastics and gym time.

The equipment is state of the art, the classes and variety of classes are first rate, but mostly the staff! Welcoming, helpful, and the instructors really challenge me. Membership is a bargain compared to some boutique gyms.
Plaistow Y is a excellent facility with great staff that make you feel like you are part of the community immediately!
The people working there are so friendly and informative. Everyone is always nice that works at the front desk and a special shout out to Wendy- she is truly invested in the people and knows so many of us by name which is truly impressive. She also personally helped me find specific programs I was interested in.

Nice clean place, friendly atmosphere , lots of exercise machines, classes like yoga, fit for life ,cardio . I recommend every one . 👍
My son loves the aftercare program. Robyn and Meghan are so caring and always have fun activities planned for the kids.
My kids love the Plaistow Y! Friday fun night is a highlight of their week!

From the first welcome, to the easy flow working on the exercise equipment that I like to use, my experience as a member of the Y has been great.
It's always a very positive experience, from the cordial greeting I receive as I walk in the door to the friendly staff while I'm there until the nice goodbye as I walk out the door.
