I just love the Ipswich Y! The staff are amazing! The programs offered are full of opportunities for my family! I love meeting the community , since I began they have welcomed us with open arms! I see us always being a member! I just want to say thank you for the support and resources!

Swim lessons are engaging and fun for the kids
Brendan, the instructor, is great! He makes the effort to learn the children’s names and makes them feel welcome, he encourages them and makes them feel safe, and makes swimming lessons fun!
The instructors are all so friendly and attentive. I love that there are age appropriate activities each week to build their confidence and swimming skills for them to become independent in the water. Everyone who I’ve had been in contact with, from the aquatics director to my child’s instructor, have been so accommodating, understanding, and helpful.
Caitlin is a wonderful instructor. My two children are with Caitlin and each one has become a much stronger and confident swimmer. They love seeing her and I love knowing that they’re in good hands while they’re there.
Swim program for school age kids is fantastic! Week 3 and my 8-year-old timid swimmer is passing the swim test and learning how to dive!
I think the swim instructors are great with little ones! They respect that my son is a bit hesitant but also encourage him to go past his comfort zone! He is loving it!

my son thinks it is fun and low pressure, he is enjoying himself with his friends without constantly feeling the need to compete, just having fun and getting exercise!
It’s pretty “laid back” but at the same time good instruction and patient instructors. The locker room is a tad chilly and a bit chaotic when all of us parents and kids are trying to change etc, but the pool is toasty!
Instructors engage well with the children. The groups are small so the instructors are able to h give individual attention
I can’t say it enough, my son is thriving at Ipswich ELC. The teachers are amazing and send updates about activities and what type of day he has had. He loves going to school and talks about his teachers, friends, and activities all the time! We couldn’t be happier!
This program is amazing! First and foremost the STAFF is top notch! So kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The fact that snack is provided is also very helpful! The time going g to 6 pm is phenomenal, and can write just talk about the half and full off days?!?! So Good!!!
I love the YMCA Early Learning Center. It is reliable, quality child care. There are tons of enrichment opportunities for children: swimming, gym time, sports, neighborhood walks, etc.
The director is responsive and on top of everything. The staff are great!

Caitlin In membership was very welcoming to me after being away from the y for almost 2 years and reactivated my membership. She happened to be at the front desk when I returned . Ali also deserves praise. This is what the y is all about- making people feel welcome

My family has had a very good experience at the Ipswich YMCA
Very friendly staff and very clean facility. Lots of variety of equipment, classes and the Ipswich Y has a nice pool. The ladies locker room is thoroughly cleaned every day.
The Y offers many choices.
Great trainers, pickleball, discounted price, friendly staff
I visited the Ipswich Family Y last week and walking through I was so inspired seeing so many people of different age ranges enjoying activities from Pickleball to swimming to working out to taking a yoga class. Friendly staff at the welcome center was the icing on the cake. A true community gem.
