The front desk staffs and all the rest are very friendly and helpful. I like working out in the Ipswich Family YMCA because it is smaller and easy to navigate the gym. I am happy.

The Gloucester Y is clean, well maintained, well managed, with adequate equipment for a great workout.
Children are allowed to participate and advance at their own pace with positive encouragement that gently encourages them to go a bit out of their comfort zone
Location and classes
There are lots of choices and the price is reasonable. Friendly staff. Communications about changes in schedule and closings at the last minute are a challenge
