I'm generally very happy with my membership and would recommend the Y to most people. I've had some billing issues in the past but they were all eventually resolved.
Friendly outgoing staff, great classes around the clock, clean facility.
They are AWESOME! Everyone who works there is so friendly, it's clean, I raised my girls here and that started twenty years ago. I donate every year because I feel like it supports the community building in the Beverly area, helps moms support each other, and allow kids to connect, become strong, and balanced (physically and in life).
Friendly staff, clean, plenty of equipment, fantastic pool and great kids club and programs.
It is a great place to get some exercise while having fun. the locker room is a little challenging right now but hopefully soon it will be finished
My son had a great time playing basketball at the Y and the coaches were amazing with the youth! They learned real drills and they were very engaged! 10/10!

Adult league play at various levels
We love the basketball program. Very fun league for kids to play in.
My son is doing the Y travel and I am truly "Aw'd" by how good the coaches are. They were able to get the boys to really see themselves in terms of their commitment to themselves, and, in effect, the team. They have really unified which were essentially strangers into a strong front. My son has done many leagues and too often you see more or less 2 or 3 players getting the ball, yet the coaches have done an amazing job about making it about all of them working together, supporting one another, and, all while doing their best and this has involved all of them, not just 2 pr 3 players. The level of respect that has been instilled in the players and towards one another and the coaches is quite a feat that has been achieved in very little time. I couldn't be more pleased with the travel and look forward to the rest of the season!

The Kawanis basketball league is priced too high. I don't understand what the costs could be for the Y. I know you spend on shirts and ref's however, we didn't even have sufficient resources for the correct size basketballs. Even the ones that were available for use were not of good quality. This is specifically for size 29.5 balls.
The price is almost prohibitive.
I like the people, it’s convenient and they have pretty much all the equipment I like to use.
Class variety, personal trainers, gym equipment, pickleball availability.
Your web site stinks, though.

I am likely to recommend the Y because of the:
1. Convenient location
2. Hours of operation
3. Professional, knowledgeable and all but one friendly staff
4. Price for value (scope of equipment) and facilities available
The workers are wonderful and informative. Will Lai, my swim instructor is excellent! The only drawback of this Y is the community locker room. It's cleanliness is not up to par and being the only woman in there at times with some huge male basketball players is a bit unnerving! Not a great idea!
The classes are great…. All the staff are awesome… always feel welcome! Lots of choices to keep fit!!

It’s a great vibe in there, all the staff are friendly and helpful, it feels like a safe place for my kids, and I like the programming!
Friendly, helpful staff, cleanliness, the mirrored yoga room often empty in evening to use for stretching, the incredible pool.
My child gets to do the sport she loves in a great and supportive environment!
