I strongly recommend our local Y because it is an inclusive, friendly, and active environment. Workers and staff members are all friendly, kind, and helpful for Y members and their families. The existence of many interesting and fun events show that the Y is aware of children who may have a wide range of interests and strengths.

Very competent people at the front desk, including the very capable and personable Ainsley, who just use their heads. Although you have a large operation, you have not relegated management and human relations to robots who cannot function without their checkboxes or a computer. You have kept some good human beings in charge. That is very good because I prefer human beings to robots. Humans and robots are locked in a battle to the death right now. I hope the humans win. Keep it up.

I have been a member off and on for around twenty years. I have always found the personnel to be helpful, personable, and knowledgable. The facility is clean and inviting.

My children love going to Club Mid, Friday Night Fun, Weekend at the Y and Workout fo the Day with Alex. Claudia Harrington has put together fun activities for the kids and their friends in Club Mid. We enjoyed the latest which was tie dying t-shirts.
In addition, Aynsley Harrington is extremely helpful in the office, answers all of our questions and provides our family with accurate information. Kid Club is also a fun place for my girls to go when I want to workout. Thank you for all that you do for families.

I tell everyone who will listen that membership at the Y is the best investment we have made for our family. My kids have thrived and had a total blast at gymnastics, swim, sports skills & drills and summer camp. It feels so good as a mom to see my kids smiling while getting their bodies moving! What great habits to get into at a young age that will hopefully carry through to their adulthood. Both my kids (3 & 5) adore Kids Club and I am eternally grateful for the time I get to exercise alone with full confidence that my kids are safe and happy. Claudia and the whole KC team are so loving and kind to my children. Can’t say enough about how much that means to me, and how beneficial that time is for both my physical and mental health. I have loved many of the group fitness classes I’ve taken at the Y! And this is out of my comfort zone but great instructors like Rhiannon make it relaxed and fun while still kicking my butt. I’m even taking a running class with Alex and I am challenging myself in new ways that feel great. Also. Aynsley in the office is so friendly and efficient! She makes it so easy to communicate about my membership, make changes on the fly and she’s always super quick to reply. Also the personal touch she gives to survey replies makes me feel listened to. I see changes I’ve requested being implemented, and that is cool! To know you hear us.

I take 2-3 spin classes (Laurie Stantial) and 1 fitness class (Allegra) per week & the instructors for each are terrific.

Was a long time member for many year. It has everything you need in 1 place including sauna & steam room with showers. I left the y for a period of time cause of surgery. Now I'm back looking forward to get back in shape & feel good about my 61 yr old body. It's only a # but to keep going & feeling good I must continue to do so. So what are u waiting for? LET'S GO!!!

I have introduced the Y to about 4 friends and they have become members, because of the

activities afforded them. Not to mention the friendship they have made along with learning how

to swim plus the gym and physical fitness center. Keep up the good work and friendly

atmosphere .

Great selection of fitness equipment. Redundancy is good too. Generally the facility is very clean. The stretching mats on the second floor over the front entrance are a disgrace - they are filthy!!! Overall a very pleasant experience there!

Clean, posative staff,,,joyful place

Staff levels seem adequate. Clearly staff are enthusiastic about helping kids develop. Staff getting into the water and tweaking form is bar none the biggest indicator that the program is world class.

You offer a wide range of sports and activities for all ages which are reasonably priced and loads of fun to participate in!
