I love the staff. I mostly play pickleball. The facility itself is clean and always bustling with activity.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

This is the best gym in the area because of the attempt to serve everyone in a clean spacious environment. Offered are more free weights than any sane person would want. Also, numerous Nautilus style exercise machines that can provide full body strength training. This is all coupled with a large functional training area and plenty of cardiac exercise equipment. The best, most unique part of the gym is the huge stretching area for yoga and floor exercises. Most gyms are not so universally designed with an understanding of strength and flexibility needs of the human body.

Very clean. She's greeted at the front desk by the same man who always has a smile on his face. Lots of programs. Lies if options for my daughter. Large kids club.

In just 3 short weeks, Cassie has gotten my daughter from not even wanting to get her feet wet to all the way swimming with assistance. Cassie is a fantastic teacher and her patience and non-pushy attitude have worked wonders on my daughter. I also had a chance to observe Adrian and he is also phenomenal with the kids. He is just so fun with them and incorporates learning with fun.
