It’s a great facility with so many offerings! I use a lot of the group exercise classes before work and treadmills on my days off. Everything is so clean and the staff are very friendly!

I love the YMCA, the pool is beautiful and I can always get a lane to swim laps in. In addition, they have a great selection of classes for all types of exercise enthusiasts, and I have never felt like I need to be an expert.

What do you like about our program and activities?

The staff are great. Very caring and personable. They provide a lot of fun activities and learning skills. I always feel the needs of my child is being met. Communication is very open and welcoming. My son loves coming here.

Clean, welcoming facility with many choices of group exercises. The many plants everywhere in the Sterling Y in Beverly are a wonderful addition.

Love the Aqua Exercise classes and the variety of times . Women’s locker is big, clean lockers are great! Instructors are awesome!

I purposely recently joined for Reki and yoga but I also like the variety of group fitness classes that are available. My first Reiki session with Mary Beth was amazing! I'm looking forward to returning on Sunday for Reiki again!
