So far how easy it was to start services after the meet and greet. The flexibility with dropoff and pickup is extremely valuable given our hectic schedule. The dogs are worn out when they get home which is clearly better for their health if they are staying active. They usually run straight to their water dishes when they get home and drink as much water as they can hold.
After 2 days + assessment day Pippin is a pooped puppy! He loves coming- dogs are a pretty good judge of what they like and so far all my interactions with staff have been great. They are positive and one can tell they love the dogs!
They know the dogs, are patient with nervous new pet parents, and I love the use of social media!

Dogtopia is the best daycare place for pups! I’ve been bringing my “not so friendly” chow for a year. She’s changed so much! She’s outgoing and calm, she lets people close, she’s a different dog after being at Dogtopia. When we got a puppy earlier this year, we couldn’t wait for him to go have fun all day with the coaches:
I can purchase the “unlimited” package and take my dog to Dogtopia daily if I wish. The facilities are clean and my dog practically drags me to the front door in the morning.

Activities make the day fun for our fur babies along with the easy drop off and pick up. The neighborhood feel and regular group of dogs makes it ideal for my fur babies Jax and Jemma to make friends and be comfortable.
Everyone was incredibly friendly when we went in. They were even nice to my 2-legged children who were horribly unruly in a new fun place for their puppy. The camera ability to view the puppy after we left was pretty neat, and my kids loved looking at him playing with his new friends. The adorable report card and picture of his first day there was such a special touch, you can really see they take care of the puppy as a true member of the family. I would not feel anxious leaving our dog there if we had to go out of town and couldn't bring him.
Dogtopia is a home away from home. Every member of the team is extraordinarily kind, caring and understand dog! As parents we feel valued with this team!
Athena, Our 2 year old, came to Dogtopia, after having prior horrendous experiences at other camps. She is shy, nervous and genuinely dislikes other camps. Not Dogtopia.
On day one, the team took time to meet Athena where she is and support her. Understanding her prior history in our interview, the team took their approach at Athena’s pace and made her feel welcome. We arranged a schedule of one day per week, with hopes to arrange for more with time.
Dogtopia has supported and give our fur-baby so much love and this has given Athena confidence. She now has a spunky attitude and has come out of her shell. A lot!
This experience has supported Athena a lot. Athena, is no longer is afraid of the car. She looks forward to “school” (Dogtopia) and she enjoys her friends. She cries when she sees her canine coaches when we arrive and during pickup, she doesn’t want to leave!
