CorePower Woodbury is a gem of a studio. Every single instructor is gifted beyond belief. Some of my faves include Erin, Maddie, Julia, Julianne, Hannah, Elizabeth, Abby, Jasmine, Shelagh, and Charlene.
There are people from the Twin Cities that drive to Woodbury just for the caliber of teachers. That says something! I hope the CorePower company is appreciating and compensating these teachers for the gift of their craft.

I love the sweat and the teachers. The variations in classes- Yoga Sculpt, Core Power, etc are great. I get an overall sense of wellbeing after my class.
