Darcy’s class was rejuvenating. His voice is clear and calm. He focuses on breath. And I feel he can read the room when people are struggling and need to change it up. His music is perfect for the moves we’re making. I also love his gentle touch- it’s awesome to connect with another human. Makes you remember you’re not alone. Thanks for a wonderful class- it was the mental/physical reset I needed!

Excellent, excellent class and instructor. Kelly W is my fave and I drove over from Mpls just for her class. The studio is so nice, easy parking and great neighborhood.
