Clean and friendly.
Its a very clean environment, with many class time options. I prefer some teachers more than others, I really appreciate when some teachers incorporate the spiritual side of yoga, like the mindfullness and setting intention. Also, I may be wrong because I don't know what temperature it is set at from day to day but sometimes it feels hotter than others. Sometimes it feels like very warm and feels nice but sometimes the heat feels suffocating and too much and negatively affects my endurance.
The class was tough and well led.
This CorePower was especially clean. Instructor, with whom I’ve practiced at other studios, was great as usual. Community vibe was great.

The staff is so friendly and professional. They truly make it feel like a community and I love that the classes can change up every now and then right before my body gets accustomed to a routine!

After 2 skin cancer surgeries last fall and the death of my brother in November, I need to find an outlet for ME in 2025. This might be it, cost is my only concern right now. How many classes do I need to do to get my return on investment? Still contemplating joining for this reason.

Nice to finally have hot water in the Men's lockerroom; But I do miss the short 45 minute classes available weeknight evenings.

I love CP and all the instructors.
However, I really wish there was a number limit on classes as weekends can get extremely busy which makes classes less enjoyable.
