Great studio, the heat, and my last instructor was fabulous!
I enjoyed the instructor! Not strict about all of us in the same pose all the time. She gave good alternative suggestions for people who aren’t as flexible or for those who want more advanced moves. I also loved the HEAT!
I'm very pleased that Rosedale is more active these days. Kelsey is great. And I hear there's a chance Nora will become a regular instructor? That would be so great.
