I love CorePower. I would really like if the incorporated a few more unheated classes. Maybe a few core power 2 classes and sculpt classes without added heat throughout the week

Your studio is so lovely, clean and beautiful. I have been in probably 12 Core Powers in Illinois, New York, California and Arizona and your is, by far, the nicest, largest, loveliest one. I don't go to Sauganash regularly, but I look forward to going there when I do. I wish you had Yoga Sculpt classes at 4:00 and 5:00 On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The 45 after the hour classes are a bit harder to attend. That is an awkward time.
Sydney is the best! She is a true professional her class always flows so well and is incredibly challenging. Even at 6 am she has an infectious energy that is the best way to start my day.
I enjoy the ambiance and the classes I take have great instructors. Friendly, bubbly personalities and each their own.

Kim really pushes us (in a very good way) to push us to achieve more in our practice. Erin is so zen that I love her Sunday HPF and Core Restore practices. Bill Saturday HPF class is a great practice.
