When I come to West Loop or South Loop I am always greeted with positive, encouraging and welcoming trainers. I am always pushed to increase my abilities. The trainers spend so much time preparing for class while making sure we are safe and challenged. So many need recognition: Carmilla, Eleanor, Bianca, Karen,Akshida,Sabrina J.C. These are just some who make CP such a positive experience, the class yogis make up such a positive experience for each other.

Great classes. Super nice people the yoga sculpt classes have to be hot. People should know they’re coming to a class and therefore, if they don’t like the heat go to a different class

The instructors!
I love so many things about CorePower. However, for months I have been very frustrated at the number of not very good instructors teaching so many C2 classes. I understand new teachers need practice but I also think management (maybe even from hq in Colorado) should take their classes and give them constructive feedback- so they can be better. These classes really are so bad- I would be very angry if I spent $30 - and they definitely aren’t worth my time. I’d rather go on a walk than listen to some of these inexperienced teachers. Someone needs to step in and either take them off the schedule some or help them lead a better session.
The instructors are knowledgeable and provide support through the class.
This class was packed to the brim and honestly that raises the morale even more. I always leave corepower feeling reenergized and focused on my intentions.
Easy parking, nice facilities and great instructors
I enjoy corepower because it's the right mix of physical & mental challenge, and I'm at a point in my life where both need equal attention. The music is always a fun part of the experience as well.
I think if you make the C2 classes a little more challenging they will get higher attendance.
It would be awesome if spotify playlists were shared, especially for theme classes
I love the 45 min classes in the a.m. (6 a.m.), and I think that is why they also get higher attendance than the C2's.
I want to do more inversions/ progressive yoga work - crow, hand stand practice etc. We rarely get to these things in C2, and sometimes the C2 classes are too slow to feel like I got enough out of it for my body.

Every time I flow in Candice's, Autumn's, Niki's, Marissa's. Cynthia's and Raluca's class, I feel so renewed and at peace with inner strength. I enjoy their unique teaching styles! They make it all worthwhile. Such a womderful experience every time!
