My time with CP not only keeps me physically fit but emotionally healthy also.I am always encouraged to push myself and not be complacent with my ability. This is all because of the commitment of the trainers who invest so much time to the workout.

Our instructor Sam F. made the class so much fun! She was so motivating every step of the way. She synced the playlist of throwbacks with the intentions we set to bring out our inner child and it was amazing!! 10/10 would recommend.
