The online check in is very convenient. Once I find a stylist I like, I can make her a favorite. Having some sport on the TV's is also a plus.
Asked exactly what I wanted, if I wanted clippers or scissors or not, and they followed my directions well after showing a photo of my previous haircuts! The MVP treatment is truly awesome it’s crazy salons that charge more don’t offer hot towel services. I liked the massage a lot and felt very taken care of and the online check-in was very helpful too.

My son has hair that is very hard to cut because of the numerous cowlicks he has. Cynthia has done an outstanding job taming his hair.

Customer Service is the best, did the “check-In” process in the car, only had to wait like 10-minutes for my stylist, who (Val) by the way was absolutely great. She did a great job on my cut and offered the option for a dual wash and believe me it was great. She also explained several of the products and I purchased one, great customer service Val, keep up the great job and I’ll be back.
