I was originally dissatisfied given a huge price increase to my winterizing costs; while i had been told i had been incorrectly charged for a trailer vs a motorhome i was advised of this after the work had been done. I did reach out to discuss my concern and it was resolved with a commitment going forward to maintain the costs i have had for the last 10 years. This turned a dissatsfied customer into a satisfied one.
The one area that i have found lacking over the last few years (i think coincides with the change to four seasons from traveland) is that the fellows used to proactively mention if something needed a look at - tires are looking worn; might be time to consider a look at x or y ...that has disappeared and as a person who is not handy and relies very much on the service i've received over the years I am finding it a huge gap

Scott in service has been very patient with me, and a great teacher when I bought my first RV and knew nothing about RVs. The whole team at that location absolutely rock!

They are very friendly, very helpful. Their service department works hard to fix anything on your RV. Management department keeps you updated, and are very approachable to talk to. The store area is clean and well organized as well as the show room.

The trailer we chose will suit our goal to have a smaller,lighter more towable unit without sacrificing comfort,convenience and a roomy , homey feel. The GeoPro we chose fits us perfectly. Adam and staff were very informative when they knew what our needs and wants were. First name removed and Marg.
Lisa was very easy to deal with. Not typical salesperson. Not pushy and listened to our concerns and questions. Showed us trailers that were in our budget and our needs for our new camping situation. Told us that this is an expensive decision and take our time in deciding on our choice.

I can’t say enough great things about the staff at Four Seasons in Regina.  We bought our new FW un seen (we fell in love with it via the website) but Maya (our sales lady) was beyond amazing and helpful.  I had her sending me video and pictures and messaging with her steadily asking all sorts of questions. After our 13 hour drive to pick up our new RV, we were met at the front doors of the dealership and escorted to our new unit. After 2 hours of a walk through with Logan who could answer all Of our questions and showed us exactly how every inch of our trailer worked we felt confident.  This walk through process was top notch. Then onto a meeting with the sales manager (I’m so sorry, I can’t think of her name), who took us to pick out some new swag where my husband and I both chose new jackets.  Then to Dawn with finance. Every step of our buy process went smoothly and we truly owe it all to the amazing staff. I can’t rave about this place enough.

I was impressed with the salesman, Adam. He listened to what I wanted, kept an eye out for it, and when it came in, showed it to me, gave me time to make a decision and then pulled all the pieces together.
The Service was great, we love our camper. As new camper owners i really appreciated the orientation. my only advice would be to have a more hands on one with new owners. the first time we had to hook the truck up and set up the trailer and take down was a little iffy. if you wanted to really step up the service you could even offer a service to new owners on how to park a camper as well. but really everything was fantastic!
