The personal of four seasons all went out of there way to help us . We made the deal over the phone ( after seeing the unit we bought at Feb Show) and they made every effort to make sure we had a good understanding on how it worked. When we went to pick it up everyone was very helpful right from the personal who gave us the tour of unit , parts, financial person, to the secretary.
