Alana was amazing. I hadn't been in a Sport Clips location in some years, but I'll be back now. She took my poor explanation of hair cut and executed to perfection. She also has a very friendly and welcoming personality. The rest of the service was solid, but Alana made the visit well above average.

The total experience is great. In particular, I like to be able to sign in via the app to reduce wait time at the store. My experience today was particularly good because of Gloria. She had some great suggestions for my hair cut and did a great job.

The staff at the location I go to (Potranco Road) are always friendly and helpful when choosing how to cut your hair. I only go once or twice a month, but am greeted with familiarity and talk about my desires on how I want my hair styled. I always go with the MVP, and love getting the finishing touches at the end with the shampoo and should massage.

It was confusing how the lineup works but my barber (I believe her name was Rosana) explained it and made more sense. Thai was my first visit. She cut my hair and beard better than I explained it. Great service. I’ll be coming back.
