Kelly was very thorough and clarified what was wanted in a cut before starting. Turned out great. She was also very knowledgeable about recommending a stylist for bi-racial granddaughter toddler who has very thick tight hair.

Service was amazing. Kasi was my stylist and she made my experience enjoyable. She was helping someone else when I walked in but she greeted me and said someone will be there to help me, which ended up being her. She held a conversation the whole time and was very engaging. She promoted some of the products for my hair and other services as well. Super impressed with her professionalism and customer service.

I’m a big user of Tea Tree products and like it when my stylist uses them on my SMVP visit.
This past visit to the Stone Oak Sports Clips I was assisted by stylist, Sandy. Sandy is a very experienced stylist and is very professional in her approach to hair styling and working with her customers. I have used her in the past and will continue to use her as long as she may continue to be employed at this location. She is friendly, engaging in various topics of conversation, and a very good hair cutting stylist. Please continue to treat her with the respect she deserves as she is a lovely person.
