The service is top notch! Sandra Lluvia, I could be wrong on the name, but she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed while she cut my hair. And the haircut was incredible! She is a fantastic, top-notch stylist, and she absolutely blew me away with her customer service! I will absolutely be coming back again and bringing my family in as well.

Sandy cut my hair and performed a MVP package described as very invigorating and relaxing, and she was indeed very correct! She took my instructions of the way I expected my hair to be cut and trimmed and performed at an excellent pace. She engages in conversation that makes you feel comfortable and genuinely interested. I did not make an appointment and I was just a walk-in. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to get in the chair. Look like they had pretty pretty good amount of staff to take care of customers. Everybody seem to be very friendly.

Able to get in line online, through the app. Able to save favorite stylists in the app and see who is working that day. Short of an actual specific appointment (really not needed, with this approach) it’s pretty easy to see who you want when you want to.
