I called to report I had large black ants and carpenters ants in my back yard. The technician came, evaluated the large mound and treated it. He told me to give it 10 days and I shouldn’t see any more ants. Today, I can feel at ease to allow my grands to play in the backyard safely. Shout out to the technician for a job well done!

Alvin always asks if there is a special area we have seen a problem and follows up by spraying there. He is always prompt and pleasant. I know it may be impossible to completely eliminate bugs from entering ones home due to the fact they can squeeze through the slightest crack but hopefully monthly treatment will at least keep most controlled. I am happy to support local businesses especially if they do their best to give good service.

The tec that was sent to my house (I think his name was Jerrod) was very kind, performed the services I needed in the areas I needed him to and even waited a few minutes to make sure I left my property safely as I was threatened by my neighbor. I thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for the tec being at my home at the time he was. You don't normally find the kind of customer service the tec demonstrated today. Most people just do what they are told to do and half do that. My hat goes to infinity for the tec that came to my house today.
