I like that I can reserve a specific stylist and I also like how good I feel after my visit. Great product advise as well as proper usage. The kicker for me is the ability to have the same girl cut my hair. In the long term it makes a difference. They know how my hair works and you can build a rapport with them.

I am blessed with a local shop that has had proven continuity with a cadre of true professionals. Although I gravitate to one or two stylists, I feel comfortable having my hair cut by anyone at the Hampton Place store. Everyone is very capable, friendly, and provides me with an exceptional experience. I won't get my hair cut anywhere else.
