At my Sport Clips, I am confident that most of the employees are capable of giving me a good haircut.
I always go to Sport Clips and the stylists there always do a good job as did my stylist on my last visit on July 16. I did have a question though regarding my most recent visit. I always get the regular haircut for seniors. I happened to go to Sport Clips right after they began to advertise the "free MVP upgrade." I have had several MVP haircuts and enjoyed the extra special treatment given by the stylists. I asked my stylist if I could have the "free" MVP upgrade. She said she was sorry but that was not available to me since I was only getting a regular haircut. I was, and still am puzzled by her response. If it is a "free" upgrade, why do I have to pay extra for it and why am I asked to mention it to my stylist if it is not available? I paid my stylist for the haircut, adding a small tip, and left the salon disappointed. What, exactly, is the free upgrade to an MVP haircut? And if it is a free upgrade, why was I denied it. I will continue to go to Sport Clips in the future. All I ask for is honesty and integrity in your advertising. Please do not advertise a "free upgrade" if it is not available.

It's always been a warm friendly atmosphere. I feel like I'm getting a good haircut from a friend. I like the online scheduling feature. Now I'm also quite impressed with the health and safety measures!
