I went for a haircut to fix a cut from a previous visit (the day before) and the staff was extremely accomodating and fixed me up properly.
To be fair I initially liked the first cut at the ft. O location but after showering and looking at it better it did not meet my expectationsand looked bad. The girl at ft. Did nothing wrong but I couldn't walk around with that.
No waiting or small waiting time.

April, the stylist at Sport Clips at Hamilton Place/Commons Blvd in Chattanooga, TN is hands down the best at her profession than any other I’ve encountered over the last 25+ years that I can remember getting haircuts (and this includes my military service where I was moving around and getting haircuts twice a month at a variety of places around the country and world).
In addition, she is always very pleasant to be around and professional no matter if it’s the beginning or end of her shift, busy day, personal life issues etc. I’ve been getting my hair cut from her for probably around 7-8 years now, and I have followed her when she has moved around locations locally a couple times.
Great customer service and care. I won’t go anywhere else.
