The overall experience was made better by my particular stylist, Erica M. I feel that I had the best cut and VIP treatment that I have ever received at this franchise location (Hamilton Place, Chattanooga). Over a six year period, I have always had great experiences there, by the way, and I just wanted to give a shout out for Erica.
