Made for guys. Usually get in quickly and get out quickly. Most of the stylists are super nice. Plus sports are on TV.
Speed and throughness, but I'm an easy haircut.

Go haircut and a good experience
friendliness of staff
great service in a store design for men. I like to be pampered even though I'm a guy
My son doesn't like to sit still for hair cuts. But he will at sports clips because he can watch games on the tvs
Your services are great! Absolutely GREAT! The only problem is, I keep a "high & tight" cut with some hair on top to style and I need my hair cut weekly. You do not have prices that meet my budget because I don't need a shampoo or 3 minute massage, (though they are invigorating)! I need a $10 to $12 hair cut weekly. So as much as I love you guys, you don't have a price point for me!

great haircuts!!
Very friendly stylists and great service!

I'm a service guy. I like to see the same people in an establishment every time I go in. That allows us to build a relationship, which is what business is all about, not spreadsheets. I'm very pleased with how the folks at the Gunbarrel Rd location in Chattanooga cut my hair and how they remember me as a person. They ask about my family, my business, etc. That means they care about the quality of the service they give me and the relationship we have. And that brings me back.
I've been to places where they concentrated on the spreadsheet too much. They just wanted to sit me down, whack off some hair, and move on to the next customer. I don't like being part of someone's Kaizen exercise so I haven't gone back to those places. They were very efficient, but they don't have a clue about business. They only know about numbers. You don't have numbers to look at if you don't have a relationship with your customers.
You should be very proud of your people at Gunbarrel Rd and you should take some time to put sincere effort into making sure they know you value them. Don't just give it lip service. Go out of your way to do something meaningful for them.
