On time, thorough checking areas for bugs, pleasant. We had a hot water that had blown while we were out of town soaking the basement with water. I felt the remediation needed should be done just after this. We canceled him but reset a new one later.

I have used Arrow for over two decades - mosquitos, inside house, carpenter bees, wildlife. We have obviously been happy or we wouldn’t be customers this long. However, we are exhausted with the constant change in technicians. We never know who is going to show up. We do not understand why a technician cannot be assigned for our services. We get a really good one and their gone and we start over. AND, we’ve had some that have wasted our money. Ryan, came last week for inside and for the first time in two past treatments, we are beginning to get rid of being overrun by roaches. Samir has been doing our mosquitos and we are happy with that. This service is extremely important because I had West Nile Virus. For some reason other technicians do not put down the treatment liquid we have paid for in our check. We wonder where that chemical has gone. These are serious concerns. We want to know if Ryan can keep doing our inside treatment and Samir can keep doing the mosquito treatment. I do not want to keep managing technicians to do what I have paid them to do. Thank you for your faithful service. Name removed
