Ninfa was amazing from start to finish. She really listened when I told her about what I was wanting, and explained what she was going to do to make my hair look and feel better. My ends were super dry and I had a ton of breakage from heat styling, causing it to be uneven on one side. She dry cut my hair and evened out my layers, and it immediately looked better. After a shampoo and deep conditioning treatment, she finished up. It looks 100 times better than before! I left the salon feeling so great about my hair. She gave me some samples of the shampoo & conditioner she used, which I thought was awesome. I loved the head and hand massage as well!

Nicole was WONDERFUL! She was the perfect combination of being very personable and professional. She was attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. She gave a great scalp massage and hand massage which was delightfully unexpected! The overall experience was very spa like. Loved the vibe and ambiance of every space. I live 4 hours away! But, if I am visiting friends again in Austin, I will plan to see Nicole again!

I went for a 30 min facil, and it was good. However, I felt the extraction was a little bit painful. I would recommend just use gloves and a tissue, instead of using the small spoon. It hurts really BAD.
